THE CHALLENGE
Ian McArthur built South Valley Rentals from the ground up after years in landscaping. He had the equipment, the work ethic, and a real market to serve. What he did not have was visibility.
The business was tucked away in a warehouse with no online presence, inconsistent social media, and iPhone photos representing a company that deserved better. Customers in the valley did not know where to find them, what they offered, or why they should choose South Valley over the competition.
The customer base was out there. They just needed a way to reach them.
WHAT WE DID
CONTENT SYSTEM
We built a full monthly content system — filming on location, scripting each video around the equipment and the customers who use it, and distributing consistently across social platforms. No more forgetting to post. No more struggling to come up with ideas while also doing oil changes.
PRODUCT CATALOG
We created a professional photo catalog of South Valley's full equipment lineup for their website — replacing iPhone snapshots with cinematic product shots that reflect the quality of the business behind them.
AWARENESS & GROWTH
We are actively building toward giveaway campaigns and customer list organization inside GHL to re-engage past renters and drive repeat business.
THE RESULTS
In under a year, South Valley Rentals went from 60 followers to over 700 — a 10x increase in local audience. The phones are ringing. New customers are calling in asking about rentals and events.
And the business is on track to double its revenue compared to the prior year.
