THE CHALLENGE
Talmage Ashcroft had spent years building expertise working for an established landscaping company before striking out on his own with Peak Utah Landscaping. He had the skills, the work ethic, and a real market to serve. What he did not have was visibility.
His entire business ran on word of mouth. There was no online presence, no system to generate leads, and no way to reach potential customers who did not already know his name. Busy season came and went based on who happened to refer him.
He needed a way to grow that did not depend entirely on who he knew.
WHAT WE DID
SHORT-FORM VIDEO
We filmed on location every month — real job sites, real results, real people. Four cinematic videos per month, scripted to match Peak Utah's voice, edited with animated captions, and posted across all platforms. Content built to earn attention, not just fill a feed.
PAID ADS
We launched targeted Meta lead form ads in the Northern Utah market. The Tree Pruning campaign generated 35 leads at $8.81 each. The Zeroscape campaign brought in 29 leads at $14.83 each. By February, 44 leads came in a single month — the strongest on record.
CRM AUTOMATION
We built a full lead tracking system so every inquiry, every bid, and every follow-up lived in one place. Before this system, there was no way to know where a lead went after it came in. Now nothing falls through the cracks.
THE RESULTS
Over 9 months, Peak Utah Landscaping went from relying entirely on word of mouth to running a lead generation system that produced 151 qualified leads, tracked $106,830 in active pipeline value, and built an engaged local audience of over 600 new followers.
February 2026 was the strongest month on record. March came in right behind it with 37 leads before the month ended. The system is accelerating — not slowing down.
